Repairs

All repairs can be carried out in store and we take great care to protect your data at all times. We never carry out uneccessary work and where expensive repairs are required we will contact you to discuss your options prior to completion endeavouring to give you honest, sound advice as to your options. We never charge if the fault cannot be fixed. All replacement parts are new and of the highest quality and replaced old parts will be returned to you upon collection. Many of our repairs are completed the same day or certainly within 72 hours but if it is a protracted repair we will keep you informed wherever possible.

Virus Removal

With the increased risk from numerous viruses and other malware attacking machines virus removal has become a necessary evil and we are very experienced in finding and removing these programs. We will also advise you how to avoid further infection. We are AVG authorised 'Gold' resellers.

Data Retrieval

To lose your data can be a frustrating event but do not despair, we can retrieve data from formatted hard drives and data cards as well as standard data retrieval for new systems etc.

Home Call Outs, Networking, Internet and Business Services

We provide a home call out service for many problems and will advise you whether you problem is best resolved in the workshop or in your home. Internet problems are best solved in your home whilst virus or major repairs are more appropriately dealt with in the workshop. A number of small businesses have trusted us with thier needs and we are happy to give advice and support to your company.

Help

We are happy to help you in the most efficient manner whenever we can and have the facilties to connect to your machine from our workshops (provided you have an internet connection) and carry out solutions to your problem. This can be a more cost effective method for you and can save you the trouble of unplugging your machine and bringing it to the store.
